In non-running trashed condition as parts, maybe. Otherwise it would be quite hard. If you were to put a legally owned 100 series on top of 105 series frame and most of the running gear, I think that’s sufficiently still the legal 100 series that nobody would ever say a word, I don’t think.

nope, they have to be 25 years old, and the oldest LC100 was a 98 model year.
